The villa is lovely, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Few things to improve is the cleaning in the room I stayed as it needed to be cleared from dust and webs. Being an old villa with high sealings I understit can be challenging nevertheless the room was dusty which didnt help my daughter's allergy. However the room was big and comfortable and they provided water wvery day which was nice and appreciated. Another downside was the bathroom in the corridor. Overall it's a lovely place with friendly staff and I ebjoyed ny time there.

Peaceful place The villa is very quiet and a peaceful spot for spending time in Carpi or near. The pool is great during the summer months. You need a car because of the location.

Our stay was so relaxing- Mauro was hospitable and always had a smile. Breakfast was lovely; the washing machine in the small apartment was a lifesaver.
