If you really want value for money, look no further. This B&B is the very best we have ever visited and there are quite a few. Everything is super clean. Everything is cleaned very well every day.  The room is very large and comfortably furnished. There is a fridge with freezer compartment. A very large wardrobe with many clothes hooks. The breakfast is exceptionally good. I drank the most delicious cappuccino there. Annastella bakes fresh pastries every day, one even tastier than the other. There are also rolls, butter, homemade jam, croissants, fruit from the garden, freshly squeezed juice, yogurt. Actually too many to mention. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, a feast for the eyes. Everything is made with so much attention to detail.  Each room has its own terrace with garden furniture and a large laundry rack. The villa is located about 1.5 km from the center of Carovigno. A very nice town with beautiful white houses and too many delicious restaurants. Ostuni is nearby and the sea is 10 minutes by car.  It is a perfect base to visit all kinds of cities. The owners have cats and there were kittens there when we were there. Antonio and his wife really care about the animals. They take care of them with lots of love. And they ensure that the kittens are sterilized, so that no more are added. It was great to enjoy breakfast in the morning and watch the kittens play in the more than 500 year old olive tree.  You can really relax here.

An experience to have if you go to Puglia! Excellent hospitality, discretion, cleanliness. The location immersed in the greenery of olive and lemon trees. The breakfast was also excellent. Antonio and his wife were thoughtful and attentive, very good at cooking tarts and jams!! With the products of their garden

We stayed a week in this oasis of tranquility: rooms furnished with care, maximum cleanliness, friendliness and availability, not to mention the abundant and genuine breakfasts. In short......experience to be repeated!! Thanks again for everything!! Alessandra and Francesco

Very nice location, maximum cleanliness. Breakfast with homemade products, excellent desserts, jams and fruit. Very close to Carovigno where there are many places where you can eat in the evening and a stone's throw from Torre Guaceto. An oasis of peace, highly recommended.

We stayed for 15 days in this wonderful B&B, not far from the beautiful center of Carovigno and managed with so much love and passion by Annastella and Antonio. It is an old farmhouse, recently renovated to perfection: large room, very comfortable and clean. Cleanliness reigns supreme, both inside and outside: everything is very tidy. Change of linen every three days, scented sheets that I have never found anywhere. A special mention deserves the breakfast served outdoors, under a beautiful portico featuring freshly picked fruit, jams and cakes made by Annastella. Antonio proved to be very valuable for the advice provided on the various beaches to reach, the inland towns to visit and the restaurants where you can savor the excellent Apulian cuisine.
