Decent location close to the airport, food, and beach, but definitely a "know what you're getting into" place. The longer reviews tell it pretty well.
For us, the biggest issues were the all night light due to a poor blind and the lack of hot water. There is a blind so others can't see into your room (or at least our room - king size bed room), but it lets light in so you'll have no darkness at all to sleep in. Why this hasn't been corrected is a mystery since it's been in many reviews and would be a simple fix.
Yes, there is hot water, but only if you get their first. Once it's gone, it's gone. My spouse had a quick shower with lukewarm water. I had none - totally cold - even after letting it sit for a bit. This made me quite angry causing me to wait a few days to give a real review instead of a "pissed off" one.
And yes, the walls are thin. You can hear everything outside, including frogs. This actually didn't bother us since all humans around were fine and we tent camp often meaning we're used to various "other" noises.
There was no bottled water as advertised, not in the room nor in the common area. Not sure if that was simply luck of the draw or not.
The common area is nice, the place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the codes worked well to get in - all that was terrific for us.
Would we stay here again? It would depend upon our whims and options knowing what we've experienced. Maybe.
