I rented a unit through a third party for a 10 day family vacation. It soon turned into a nightmare. Entire apartment has dust everywhere, rust on refrigerator and beds had stains on mattress. Third party customer support was amazing and reimbursed me. By far the worst rental experience ever! Do not rent Isla Verde condo beach view unit on 9th floor!
