Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino Reviews

The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

Front desk staff friendly, valet parking staff too. Pool was huge, loved the ****** & beds were very comfortable. Loved the place. They have a ******

I would stay again with pleasure The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

The service was slow when it came to getting items. Also they dont do laundry daily. It was a basic hotel.

Everything was very good, good installation, it has fast food nearby and good service.

Everything was in walking distance and the rooms were very clean and the hotel had free breakfast and happy hour! Staff was amazing!

It was our first time in Puerto Rico and our first time staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel and ******. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and a block and a half from the beach. Normally, we stay at hotels that are on the beach so it’s easy access to sun and sand, but we found this property to worth the very short walk. The hotel provides you with beach chairs and umbrellas at no extra charge, although the hotel’s spot on the beach requires a little more walking once you get to the beach. The area of Isla Verde is perfect for sunbathing, eating, and hanging out with the various hotel guests in the surrounding bars and lounges. The staff at the Embassy Suites were very warm and friendly and did their best to make us feel at home. We went the week after Easter Sunday and the hotel was not packed with people at all, the pool was never overcrowded and The on-site restaurant, La Cueva Del Mar, had absolutely delicious food, and many native dishes which were a wonderful introduction to the culinary spectacle that is Puerto Rican food. There’s a ****** onsite for a little ******** fun, and live music Friday and Saturday nights in the ******. With breakfast included, we only had to take care of lunch/dinner. We highly recommend this hotel and would return ourselves.

Housekeeping service was great. Room was clean. Beds were decent. A few carpet stains, couch stains etc, but overall a nice stay

My family stayed just one night at the hotel before we flew out of the San Juan airport. The hotel is super close to the airport, while also being walkable to the beach. Although the rooms could use some updates (particularly in the bathrooms), the suites provided great space for families and was perfect for what we needed.

Pool was great and so was the service. People were all terrific - friendly and helpful. Food was awful at the buffet and the restaurants.

The pool was really nice but we were disappointed there was a $40 charge to use it. The room was ok. In general it was old and outdated. There were nice linens on the beds but the mattress seemed like it may have been past its expiration date. There was new carpet but the cabinets were old and the bathroom was small and rundown. Positives were the location, the staff, and the indoor atrium with restaurants inside. The food was excellent at both restaurants and at the outside grill.

For the price paid, you could have a better breakfast with more variety. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet paper device was coming out of place, and the shower faucet was also coming out and you were left with it in your hand. Things that one does not expect in a hotel of this level. Otherwise everything was good, the pool is excellent, the location of the hotel is very comfortable and the dining options inside the hotel are very good.

The staff was extremely nice from the front desk, to dining to cleaning. They were all extremely helpful and welcoming. My family and I enjoyed our stay!
