A decent hotel overall. One notable blemish - while the standard WiFi "could not connect", the "ultimate" WiFi remained miraculously available at £5 per 24 hours. Highly dishonest and disrespectful towards the customers, if intentional.

This was the second time we have stayed at this particular Premier Inn and we shall stay again in the future. Excellent service, the areas of the hotel we used were spotless and the bed was really comfortable. Food is excellent and staff very attentive.

Made to feel very welcome. Tracey and the staff realy did look after me throughout my stay. Handy to hsve the Beefeater restaraunt on site. Perfect location for mamy places to visit. Highly recomend the Premier Inn Truro. I upgraded to the Premier Plus room wich gives you that extra comfort .

Large group, regular booking. Associated onsite pub refuses to stay open after 10pm on a Friday (our normal arrival time after work). Understand staff may have had a long day but paying bar staff to stay an hour longer would easily be covered by wet sales. Disappointing. No wonder pubs are shutting.

Fantastic stay, 24/7 reception staff were always on-hand, friendly and helpful. We'd booked 2 back-to-back stays because of an error on our end and they were accommodating and sorted it with ease and clarity. Could not recommend highly enough!

PI Truro has become my go to in SW Cornwall now. I travel down for work every 9 weeks or so. Friendly, helpful reception. Lovely Premier Plus rooms. Quiet location. Beefeater offer excellent food, service and breakfasts. Can get busy but nothing is too much trouble for the amazing team in reception or the restaurant.

All staff are amazing! But especially Chelsie she goes above and beyond everything I see her. I don't even have to give her my name and she is there booking me in. She makes sure I am in a room that she knows I will like. The reception team are all so friendly and professional its almost like coming home.

When we arrived check in was really easy and quick but when we got to our room it was freezing cold and no heated towel rail in the bathroom so that was really cold as well the room heating was a old heating unit very old it took three hours for the room to warm up the bath shower and taps are all very old rust around the taps it certainly needs a very big revamp certainly won’t be staying there again very disappointed
