Agriturismo Sottotono

We stayed in an apartment. The staff and owner were very kind but the relais was very shabby. The restaurant was very noisy (there were 8 of us in total, who knows when it was full). The room was dirty, freezing (when we requested the heating it was blocked) the radiator valve was broken. I got sick. Not a glass in the room, not a hair dryer, the bathroom smelled of sewer and the towels were not very fresh. The bedroom door did not close (we had to put a bedside table in front of it to keep it closed). Drawers and doors with broken handles. In short, everything was very neglected and without maintenance. Towels at the pool cost 5 euros! We had dinner: the owner suggested the meat for one person but we did not expect that the meat alone would cost 100 euros. I think the owner should have told us.

Top location, welcoming and kind staff, fantastic cuisine and exceptional pool!!!! Must try!!! This is the third consecutive year that we go!!!!😍 Excellent food, clean rooms, exclusive location!!!! Nestled in the Tuscan hills just a few minutes from wonderful places!!!!

Terrible!!!! Just left after a night out with friends where we joined at the last minute. We knew the place and they have always been good. I don't know if they have changed management but the service is terrible, the food is mediocre and the prices are inappropriate for what they serve. Started with a bottle of prosecco served hot without a bucket... unacceptable for what you pay! Never again, I'm sorry because the place is nice but the rest is terrible!!!
