Good place to stay.
Pine Inn - Carmel

The room is small and complete, this is the first hotel in the town, not open on weekends, so good luck. Twin room, the bed is a bit small, but the baby sleeps in a small bed with a sofa, just fine. Breakfast is delivered by the hotel, but the tip is not rich, but the miscellaneous fruits are pineapple, cantaloupe, cucumber and so on. Next to the hotel is lush, smelling a scent, can not help but buy. Carmel Beach should be visible across the bed.

The location was good assuming you had a car but do not rely on public transport. The hotel--motel was clean and well decorated and pool area well kept. The problems started with reception who were not very well informed. Could not give information on bus services and even gave wrong location for the bus stop. Before leaving I wanted to check in to two airlines. One receptionist said no problem but when I went to do it on the day another receptionist said it was against hotels privacy policy??? I then had to find a business centre and pay $40 to do ckeck in. Food / Bar was adequate but not available Sat--Mon. We were there for a week and on two days were advised there would be no room service. On a third day we had to request fresh towels as the room had been missed. I do not think the bed linen was changed during our whole stay. The biggest issue I had was with the finance department. ON settling the final account I decided to pay fully in cash and not use the debit card they had taken on arrival. On return home I found two debits on my card one for £270 which had no relation to any services. The second for £493 which was for the total bill paid for in cash. after telephone calls not responded to and four e-mails I eventually got the accountant to credit the money back a month later. still awaiting a call from Mary the manager to explain why they had taken money from my account without athorisation
Candle Light Inn

Stay for three nights. The hotel staff are very friendly and the store provides homemade biscuits for guests to eat for free every day. Free parking is available in the hotel's small square, and the bonfire stove at night adds a lot of artistic conception. The location is excellent, in the center of the town, you can walk around various restaurants, cafes, specialty shops and galleries. The rooms are warmly furnished, all kinds of configurations are complete, the bedding is also very comfortable, and I am very satisfied with the experience of staying.

The hotel is located in the small town of Carmel, with beautiful surroundings and typical homestays. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the coach shop and 10 minutes to the beach. Free parking is available on both sides of the road at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel also has its own parking lot, but it is a bit away , We stopped on the side of the road, it was safe, the residents of the town were very friendly, they would greet us on a walk in the morning. Our room has all kitchen facilities, gas stove, microwave oven, kettle, wok, steamer, bowls, plates, and dishes. It’s so complete. For travelers who have been to the United States for 6 days, they can do something. Chinese food, it was a surprise. The hotel’s breakfast is very small, the location is in the small room for check-in, from 8 to 9:30. However, the store has a big fat cat, which is super cute and super cold. The prices in the coach store next to it are indeed comparable to outlets. You can also see people walking around with dogs. This town is very tolerant of pets. Picture our room is on the first floor

It should be a revised version of a car hotel. The waiter was a very timid boy. He told the waiter to put his own fruit. He also brought me a refrigerator. (Many things in hotel refrigerators are charged. (If you put out the drink, you will be charged within 69 seconds)
