Staff are exceptionally pet friendly and accommodating. My partner and I originally had reservations in March, just when the heavy rains, floods and road closures impacted the area. We live locally (Watsonville) so were also impacted at home. I called to modify the reservations just days before arrival and inn keeper Amy was 100% understanding: she offered a cancellation with full refund, rescheduling, or modifying the reservation. I couldn't have been more satisfied with her response. We rescheduled for May, it was a wonderful 3-night stay. We stayed in an upstairs Luxury King Studio, having the balcony was an extra treat. Being within walking distance of downtown was so convenient. Room was very clean with a generous supply of towels. The morning buffet is very good, I loved their mini quiches. I highly recommend. We definitely plan to return.
