Good stay, nice hotel to

The room is relatively large, the hotel is beautifully decorated, there is a swimming pool on the first floor, there is a place to drink by the bonfire in the front lobby of the hotel, there is a pizzeria behind the hotel, and the front and rear parking lots are large.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Nearby Shops, Value for Money, Safety, Corridor Soundproofing, Room Layout, Bed Comfort Level; The high-speed tire blowout delayed the time by 4 hours. I couldn't make it to the hotel. I talked to the hotel about whether it can be canceled. The negotiation failed. It was too dark.

The room decoration is not old, the environment is clean, there are cold and warm swimming pools, the price is moderate, and I will choose this hotel next time

Arrived at 3:48 and said no check-in before 4 o'clock. Speechless 😓 I do not recommend staying in this hotel, there is nothing nearby, but the price is extremely expensive. Don't understand why.

EV charger is convenient and onsite restaurant stays open late. Also it’s located behind Barnyard shopping center.

It was absolutely beautiful and I'm so happy we stayed there. The pictures don't do it justice. The hotel is very clean and offers many amenities. I highly recommend this hotel

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so regarding the hotel front desk personnel and management - 2 star rating because of terrible hotel customer service. Our room, property and hotel restaurant (and its staff) were wonderful. However, my card on file was charged without my consent and we were checked out before 11am and while having breakfast. The server ran after us thinking we were skipping out while we were at front desk learning of being checked out without us doing so. To make matters worse, 3 front desk staff over course of 3 days could not tell me why this happened. I had to call and ask for the breakfast receipt because it was not on my invoice. Last phone call I made I asked to speak to Manager (again) but she was off on Monday - man I spoke with reassured me Manager would call next day. One week later and no call - nothing. I will not stay here again.

first time here with my family and I like this hotel , but hopefully next time we can get a ocean view room

Spa and pool was awesome staff and location is good just could hear the cars on the highway in the morning but great place to stay for the weekend
