Nighttime plagued by seagull infighting on the roof opposite my window.
Room temperature was too high for the summertime, otherwise a pleasant stay.

It smelt as soon as we walked in our room and was red hot. There was banging (I think off other guests) when I complained about it no resolution was offered nor compensation

Very warm welcome from lady on reception and very helpful. Helping me set parking app up. Room was lovely and clean. Lush towels and plenty of soap,loo rolls. Comfy bed and extra pillows. Working telly and kettle. Very clean.

Great little central hotel. Clean rooms, really friendly staff and comfy beds. Always stay here when we are in town visiting friends. Have been a fee times now and it never disappoints. The staff are always on hand and happy to answer any questions about the local area.

Bathroom (wet room) flooded everytime I showered. Nothing was done. I was handed more towels to dry it myself

Toilet stain around lid hinge, window could not be closed shut, TV remote sluggish/unreliable (not the battery) - likely worn out buttons.

We stayed here as were visiting family within the local area, staff at reception were inviting and friendly, room was clean and well maintained, staff advised a number of places, but personal choices are different I suppose, staff were great in giving us extra tea and coffee, parking was chargeable at the hotel but not expensive. I’ll stay here again when visiting family

Have recently stayed here while working within the local area, the hotel is very clean and all the staff I’ve met have been amazing especially Tracey and Richard, my room was lovely, very well presented and with tea and coffee, hotel had a few places to eat around, and parking costs are reasonable,
