Stayed Labor Day weekend 2024. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Microwave, refrigerator, iron, and hairdryer in room. Across from Carlyle Lake Dam West. Walking distance (parking also available) to beach, and park area with BBQ grills.

Great spot! It’s a cute hotel with a great view and some added charm. Perfect for a night or two in Carlysle. There’s a great Mexican restaurant in walking distance too. Do you self a favor and try their margaritas and enchiladas they don’t disappoint!

This is the nastiest hotel that I've ever been to in my life. Because the hallways looked & smelled terrible I was bracing myself for what the rooms would look like. Though I wasn't surprised to be disappointed, I still couldn't believe how extremely filthy the rooms were. Hair all over the bathroom floors & in the tubs. Spiders, dirty sinks,dirty toilets,dirty bedding and molded shower curtains. I felt like I could just jump out of my skin with disgust. No need to place "Do Not Disturb" signs on the door because you won't see or hear any housekeeping staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm ashamed of myself for not taking heed to the numerous warnings about this place.
