Very centrally located. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around it. The apt we stayed in turned out to be smaller than expected. The amenities are a bit cheap and dated and looked old. It does feel the overall up keeping of the premise can improve. The gym is too small and the pool is small too. But price is also reasonable. Give and take.

Excellent Stay at Avani Melbourne – Spacious, Clean & Convenient!
I recently stayed at Avani Melbourne and had a wonderful experience! My two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
As a self-driving traveler, I really appreciated the on-site parking, which made it so convenient to come and go. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of shopping malls nearby. Whether you need groceries, souvenirs, or anything else, everything is within easy reach.
Lastly, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Highly recommend Avani Melbourne for both leisure and business travelers.
P.s. I took the photo from the hotel. That’s so amazing.

Clean apartment and basic amenities provided. Washing machine/ dryer, fridge, microwave etc. Decent mattress and pillows, clean and fresh smelling linens. Spacious for two or more people for the one-bedroom apartment that we were in. We will book this service apartment again!

Amazing stay at Avani. Clean rooms and all amenities. We were upgraded to 2BHK lavish rooms. They have washing machine and drier - it’s convenient for those who want to do laundry. TV have all channels , Netflix / Prime can also be accessed. It’s near to the Queen Victoria Market (8-10 min walking ) , walking to central station . Plenty of food outlets near by.

Do not stay here!! these staff and management are homophobic and which try and keep or charge you extra when not needed attitude from management is awful
I will next stay or recommend this hotel to anybody.
