Legoland Hotel at Legoland California Resort

Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

Kids can have fun here all day without having to go to the park. There's plenty of room to run around, a big shallow heated pool, lots of legos to play with and distract them. It takes a minute to take it all in (like a kid). There's even a climbing castle in the lobby. Legoland and Sealife are within walking distance. The buffet is worth it. There is a microwave to use, one on each floor. The elevators are awesome. It plays music when you ride it. It has lights and a disco ball. They give you juice, water and cups to make hot chocolate. They have a fridge in every room. All the staff is friendly and attentive, a special recognition to Jorge Ignacio who made our morning very fantastic, he is really very nice and empathized very well with my children. An awesome extra is the free bag of legos in the safe. You have to complete a scavenger hunt to unlock the code that opens the safe. They replenish them for you each day you stay.

We have stayed at both the Hotel legoland and the Hotel Castillo. The Hotel Legoland, I think were better equipped and in general, the hotel staff was more helpful (reception and housekeeping) Jorge Ignacio very kindly explained to us where our room was and told us about activities that are done in the afternoon at the hotel for our children good job. One day we had breakfast at the Bricks. The staff was also great. The quick walk/short proximity to the gates were well worth the stay here.

From the food to the cleanliness of the rooms, this hotel is amazing. Whether you are a LEGO fan or not, this hotel offers so much. The lobby is filled with LEGOS, the pool is so nice and the access to the park is very convenient. I love walking into my room and seeing the wonderful decor. The room service was really delightful. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have stayed twice and look forward to returning. I give a special thanks to Jorge Ignacio who really made our day ♥♥♥♥

Wow! We loved our stay at the Legoland Hotel and hope to return soon. We came to celebrate my son's 13th birthday and he is a big LEGO fan, so it was perfect. Everyone is very friendly and made our stay great. A special thanks to one memorable staff member - Jorge Ignacio. My son got along great with him and he was great with us. As well as in the restaurant the staff was amazing. There are 2 people who didn't give me their names, but they were amazing as well. One was front desk with long black hair and glasses and the other line was the server with short blonde hair at Skyline. Both were very friendly and sweet to us. The staff at the Legoland entrance were also amazing. We went 3 days in a row and they remembered us every day and treated us great. The whole experience was amazing and I really think the entire staff made our stay enjoyable.

Wonderful stay! We went our family and friends we get enjoy and the service was great. I hope to see you soon. Foods are good restaurant had a fun and room cleaning was everyday with a very sensitive.Our child also had enjoy.Thank you We appreciated.

The hotel is very good for children, but you just have to check the prices. I have written this comment because of the good treatment of Jorge Ignacio in the room service, to whom I could not thank more than writing kindly about him. He was very helpful and encouraged me to make more requests for this treatment. an excellent job made us a nice day.
