Perfect for a quiet get away. Very private and beautiful outdoor patio area. The location was ideal for a close walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Jim was a great host. We will be back!!

Anniversary Oasis
It was very Zen and Peaceful, the place was put together very well, it was comfortable safe and secure. We enjoyed our stay. Well equipped with all the comforts of home. Super close to the beach. Outside shower was really cool.Very accomidating. You cant go wrong with choosing this place. We would definitely rebook. Thanks Jim

This property exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. It will be the first place I look for next time i visit. Jim left us with a picture too bring home and also kept in touch with us about things going on in Carlsbad during our stay. We were sad to leave but excited to visit again. Thanks!

Midweek getaway
Great place. Dogs enjoyed the yard. Great location in carlsbad. Great communication fromjim, who goes out of his way to ensure his guests have a pleasant stay. Hope to be back!

Paradise
Great location 2 blocks from the beach. Very nice place. Even has a Sparkletts water dispenser in the kitchen. Great yard with fire pit, fountains and tubular bells. Very serene. If I go to Carlsbad again alone or with my wife we’re staying here if it’s available.
