Clean and well maintained. Good, fast breakfast. Well priced and close to everything.

Hotel was good, great price for the room. Staff was friendly and they have hot breakfast in the mornings. Room was clean. The only complaint was the stairways climbing up and down with luggage is NO fun. Plus there were a lot of cigarette butts on the stairs from smokers in non smoking rooms.

I stayed for traveling, I satisfied with the location, good access for the Carlsbad Cavern National park.

We are off State Highway 180 with easy access to State Highways 285 and 62. Living Desert State Park, Lake Carlsbad Beach Park, and Bataan Recreation Area are within 10 miles. Caverns National Park Headquarters is less than a mile from our doorstep. Cavern City Air Terminal is less than 10 minutes away.
