Didn’t like Pool Hours, air conditioning was not keeping room Cool, true it was 101 degrees outside, room temperature was 87

Pretty good No complaints here. Did have our keys stop working at one point. Despite saying how cards, keys, and heat could affect key cards, it doesn’t happen everywhere. But overall this was a pretty good place. Definitely the most spacious room on our road trip. Breakfast was okay but the service at the restaurant was non existent.

Rough Stinky, scuffed weight room. Kitchen staff fighting during breakfast. Wifi did not reach my room so I went to bed early to get an early start the next day.

Clean and quiet. Room was roomy and nice. The whirlpool did not work. The breakfast was cold even though it was in the hot trays

Nice, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Ac worked just fine. Comvenient location. Paked right outside of my room. Was very quiet when i closed the soor, despite the main road being 20 yards away. If any other guests were loud, i coildnt hear them. All the emenities yoy need. The breakfast was sub par, ao dont count on that. Other than that, i will be stayingherw again thw next time im in Carlsbad.

First room was in Old building with dim lighting and run down everything. So we got moved to newer building on second floor. But it had a clogged toilet which ten minutes with a plunger didn't fix (and the plunger had to be checked out, which wasnt a good sign). Room 3 didn't get hot water for a shower. I'm not that picky, but this place was sub standard. The service however was excellent in trying to make the best of a terrible property

Food cold on buffet. Never know with eggs. Customer in front of us told them it was cold. Then they offered to cook for him but he would have to pay for it. OJ was delicious!!

Older motel style but the rooms were huge and so nice !!!!!! Beds were very nice and comfortable but decor and tv were very dated and small
