I had a leak in the bathroom and I have informed the receptionist, within five minutes they’ve changed and upgraded my room.
Excellent customer service and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel aux petits soins. Excellent petit déjeuner avec une superbe vue. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Excellent experience, the hotel is modern and well looked after, as soon as we arrived we were offered a welcome free room upgrade and the check in procedure was quick and easy. The room was spacious and very clean and we really enjoyed the balcony with a sea view. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and with excellent food, staff always friendly and smiling, we will certainly be back with pleasure.

Clean structure and in a very convenient location in the heart of Carloforte in front of the port, beautiful view from the balcony and wonderful to have breakfast on the top floor on the panoramic terrace, varied and rich breakfast. A special thank you to the night porter Stefano who was a volcano of information and knowledge of the island and helped us a lot in getting to know the place and getting around our holiday. Hotel well deserves its 4, the staff is very welcoming, pleasant, the room is impeccable, the bedding comfortable, the only downside is the bathtub nozzles no longer work and the wifi is a little weak. If not, I recommend it with your eyes closed! Nice stay and Carloforte is very pretty!!!
