Great B&B in a quaint neighborhood, and 2 minutes from Dickinson College! Easily walkable to numerous restaurants. EV chargers for electric vehicle-drivers. The suite was fantastic, breakfast just fine, and staff were very friendly!

It was a lovely place with nice people, personable, safe with off street parking and an easy walk to restaurants. The building was full of character and they had a wonderful 2nd floor lounge area with a full kitchen & half bath for all to use. Our bedroom had 2 Q-size beds & plenty big for 2 people. Room was super comfortable with it's own coffee maker & refrigerator & it looked over the street which I loved. And the breakfast was super tasty. We loved staying there and would stay there again.

This was our second stay at Carlisle House. We loved the first visit but this one was better! We stayed in the same room so we knew what to expect there. The difference was the morning breakfast. Instead of a plated breakfast, there was a sideboard with yogurt, fruit, various quick breads, quiche and baked oatmeal. Coffee and juices were plentiful. We love the downtown location. It is close to many restaurants, bars, the theater and Dickinson college. Don’t expect an elevator or a handicap accessible environment. The house is quaint; it is updated but maintained many architural details of its past. Kudos to the new owner and management.

We had the loveliest experience here! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful, well stocked, and VERY clean. We will absolutely be returning here next time we are in the area!

The room we stayed in was roomy with a comfortable bed . Check and out process was easy and the nightly price was very reasonable. The house itself with a proceeding history made the stay charming. The variety breakfast was filling and tasty . The house is located near restaurants and assessable to easy walking as it is located on the street .

Perfectly lovely stay in this perfectly lovely Bed and Breakfast. Felt like being in a nice home. Great breakfast in the morning. Coffee was a bit weak for my liking, but would definitely stay there again.

We stopped for the night at Carlisle House and the room was fabulous! Carlisle house has so many amenities it is fabulous!
