We just left after a week long ski trip with a big group. This hotel was very nice. The rooms were small but comfortable. Only 1 pillow was provided per person. The staff was so accommodating to everyone in our large group and the breakfast and dinner service was very nice. Water was not included with our meals which I found odd. The hotel provided our group with an outside apres ski party one night too! So fun! The Pinzolo ski gondola was only a 5 minute drive and if you get there by 9-915 parking is very easy and close to the gondola. The ski rental is right at this location as well. Comodosci.it. Ponzolo location. Some locals were walking there in ski boots - probably a 20 minute walk. They have a large ski bus but it is 1 pick up at 9 and drop off per day. They have a ski locker downstairs with boot warmers, however, our boots were not warm in the morning so I would inquire about that. There is only 1 multi use shower gel in the small shower so I recommend bringing your own toiletries. The spa is open only from 5-7pm and has a couple of dry saunas, 1 steam sauna, a salt room and hot tub. The hot tub was never very hot. Only a small towel from your room was provided unless you wanted to use your bath towel. You can rent a robe for 10 euros for the week. They provided housekeeping daily. A small grocery store was within close walking distance for anything you forgot and to buy chocolates and sweets to bring home. The town of Pinzolo was nearby and soooo cute! We took a side trip to the Nardis waterfall 3 miles away. Overall, I feel it was a great deal for the money, close location to the gondola, food included, and very accommodating service.

For the first time I leave a place with the lump and all this thanks to the gray bear, exceptional cuisine, elaborate and very tasty dishes, highly qualified staff and the spearhead the magical brown barman with 10 cum laude, I forgot the wellness center not from LAUGH.

The room is very comfortable and the bathroom as well but I admit that the food was the best: the very kind waitresses and the food was super good, both breakfast and dinner. In the common room I enjoyed playing board games and the television in the bedroom is the top of the top.

Good hotel with small but comfortable rooms with balconies. Family atmosphere, where guests' wishes are taken into account. Good food with regional fare, plus après-ski once a week with mulled wine, canapés and something to nibble on, as well as a candlelight gala dinner. Fair prices for drinks. A pick-up and drop-off service is offered for the cable car rides (€10 per person per week). Spa area with free tea, water and fruit, 3 saunas, a steam bath and a whirlpool. Large ski cellar. We enjoyed a very nice holiday here.

Cleanliness vote 1 (the tablecloths were never changed / washed, at the latest after dinner the crumbs were removed with a waving handkerchief) the small bathrooms with the presence of small molds and very dated (like the rest of the structure) The location is not absolutely convenient to reach the ski lifts and in general not convenient for the center. The food as far as I'm concerned was bad, the dishes probably weren't washed properly. (one thing that really made me shiver was the fact that the waitresses put the leftover bread from the tables in a single bag at the end of the meal. I sincerely hope they don't present it again the following evening or in the morning at breakfast ...) L water is not included in the price... 2. 50€ a. Bottle We found the curtains in the rooms dirty and stained. Another small detail, lack of water. Warm... We returned from skiing and punctually the water was freezing after numerous complaints we managed to get hot water... During the day the heating was off, we came back and there were penguins in the room... Overall: Not we will be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND. FOR me hygiene is the first thing, and honestly I didn't feel safe it didn't give me the impression of cleanliness. The staff (apart from a few) is courteous and helpful (we asked for a change of room because the first was tiny) Absolutely in my opinion it is not a 3 star S ... At most 2 Experience. Negative

Una bella esperienza! Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato in questo Hotel per soli 3 giorni per motivi di lavoro, ed essendo un 3 stelle siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti per l’ottima pulizia! L’arredamento sicuramente non è dei più moderni, è molto tipico stile di montagna, ma nonostante questo siamo stati davvero bene! Camera ampia e spaziosa, bagno pulitissimo e spazioso e tutto caldo senza nemmeno il bisogno di accendere riscaldamenti. In più in camera avevamo un bellissimo balconcino, spazioso e pulito e con una vista bellissima sulle montagne trentine! La colazione buona, anche se forse poco fornita, mi sarei aspettata qualcosina di più, ma al netto di tutto è stata davvero una buona esperienza!

L hotel è in una posizione ottima, vicino al centro , ai servizi pubblici. Buona accoglienza (buonissimo lo strudel omaggiato prima di partire dalla titolare). Pulizia adeguata, consiglio solo di togliere la moquette dalle stanze e dal corridoio.

Mi sono trovato molto bene e ho mangiato cibi tipici squisiti. Soprattutto la colazione. Le camere erano pulite e accoglienti. Vi consiglio di starci una settimana per sentire il sapore del menù che cambia tutti i giorni. Ho trovato il prezzo molto basso per quello che ho ricevuto.

Trascorriamo le nostre vacanze in questo meraviglioso albergo a conduzione familiare da ben 15 anni e non abbiamo intenzione di cambiare! Bruno, titolare insieme alla figlia Valentina, ci ha sempre coccolati e viziati a partire dalle bellissime ed ampie camere/suite con panorami mozzafiato sui monti circostanti. Tutto è pulito ed igienizzato. I letti sono comodissimi e si dorme magnificamente. Il personale è gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza dei clienti. Il cibo è eccellente e vario, a partire dalla colazione con pane integrale alle noci o ai cereali, fette biscottate, deliziose marmellate fatte in casa, miele, mandorle, muesli, burro, biscotti, yogurt bianco o alla frutta, croissant, torte casarecce di vario tipo, succhi di frutta, salame, mortadella, prosciutto e formaggio con la possibilità di scaldare i toast. Bevande calde self-service a volontà e di qualità. Pranzi e cene con menù sempre diversi da scegliere e piatti gustosissimi (quanto ci mancano!) grazie alla bravura ed alla creatività dello Chef e dalla supervisione del signor Bruno. I locali condivisi, bar e sala ristorante, sono bellissimi ed accoglienti. In tutta la struttura è utilizzabile un collegamento internet WI-FI gratuito ad alta velocità. L'hotel è situato in una magnifica posizione, dalla quale si raggiungono facilmente a piedi tutti i luoghi più belli del comune di Carisolo e di Pinzolo. Cosa si può volere di più? Per noi nulla, perché non esiste posto migliore al mondo per trascorrere una vacanza così piacevole!
