The pillows are horrible, no english tv out of 130 channels, staff is indifferent, except the owner had some spunk. When i made an error in my reservation, i arrived on the second day of my two night stay. The front desk said i would be charged for both nights, other hotels have been lenient on making a mistake, which i did, but she insisted on charging me even when the hotel was empty. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!

Excellent small family operated hotel in isola Delle feminine. I've read a few reviews on TripAdvisor which I thought were unnecessarily harsh. Having said that, I certainly hesitated, given those reviews to book a stay here. However we were looking for a place that was a short distance to the Palermo airport to spend the last day and a half with my husband and sister at the closing end of our Sicilian vacation. My family and I have done a lot of travelling in italy, and we've been to places that are far more picturesque postcard perfect and well maintained. So take a breath people this isn't Positano. However if you're looking for a couple of days of leisurely family vacation with good fish restaurants and a beautiful beach for swimming in a hotel full of polite and helpful people this is your place. The rooms are simple old-fashioned and comfortable, the price is good, the pool is extremely beautiful well maintained and has a nice bar and family atmosphere, but the private beach is what really does it! immediately in front of the hotel just across the road is a lovely beach with beautiful views of the surrounding Sicilian hills and the isola herself.

We found this hotel better than expected. Warm welcome and nice staff, room was spacious and spotless. It’s a 3 star so we were aware that it wasn’t going to be a luxury stay. the hotel has good facilities: free parking for guests, very nice swimming pool, large reception area and breakfast area. Breakfast is not a huge buffet but adequate nevertheless. Room was spacious, basic furnishing , spotless with tv, safe. Bathroom fan was noisy, but this wasn’t a huge issue. Position is excellent being so close to the airport. it’s in a seaside resort and some nearby shops were closed , but there was enough cafes and eateries in the area. Beach opposite is just beautiful. I would recommend this hotel, especially at off peak season, when the crowds are gone but you can still enjoy the sicilian sun.

Old hotel, nice on the outside, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, the room at least 30 years old, the minibar, empty and kept closed with the chair, the ashtray on the furniture, the old bathroom and the toilet flush with the tap. Even though it was out of season I was eaten by mosquitoes! Breakfast, with mini croissants, the display case had the coat of arms of the three Marys, but even the frozen ones you find in the supermarket are noticeably larger. Alternatively, those from Bauli, then the baskets with the tubs of spreadable cream, the plastic cups , fresh desserts without infamy and without praise. The four stars perhaps for the location and the beach! It's true that it costs little at 87 euros, but it's really worth little!

I stayed this summer with my family. Let me start by saying that I stayed a week earlier in a REAL 4-star hotel in wonderful Erice. Instead, as soon as we arrive at the Little Mermaid, the old structure already shows up at the entrance, a grumpy owner who welcomed us very badly. I hadn't even had time to go up to the room and he was already asking me for payment in a curt and annoyed manner! I was very upset. I explained to him that we had made the reservation with booking (as I have done for years on my travels, it is no coincidence that I also received the Genius recognition from booking) and that he had my credit card as a guarantee and that we would pay , we are not scammers! then he finally understood the situation but just because of the welcome I already wanted to leave! Large but old room, door with broken lock of which I attach photos, old bathroom and towels worn out with holes. The mattress was normal. Super sufficient breakfast, old fruit! The only good things: the cleaning staff and the restaurant since they recently had a new and good chef. The rest all needs to be redone, starting with the grumpy owner. Never again.

I stayed in this hotel at the end of June. Nice, but not 4 stars. So many flaws. In my opinion it needs to be renovated. Especially the bathrooms. And lack of small attentions. The staff are excellent and often deal with everything, unlike the owners who are completely non-existent. Having still had a few days off, I had decided to return anyway, for the convenience of the sea/pool. And good food. I asked yesterday for a quote for tomorrow. A kind lady replied to me only this evening, with the incipit "Hello...". And offering me a quote identical to the one at the end of June!!! But we are in mid-September!!!! And anyway, I don't think this is the way to approach customers. Really bad! Luckily, having limited time, I have already found a valid alternative, on equal merit, to Giardini Naxos! Long live Sicily, which offers a thousand possibilities!!!

The structure could be nice if taken care of! Starting from the windows of the very dirty staircases. Not to mention the mold around the bathroom shower on the silicone. And the toilet flush that turns with a crank (never seen in my life) we move on to the swimming pool with all the dirty edges that made me disgusted to sit on the edges and put my feet in the water. The lamps inside the pool that every now and then I saw them floating in the water and you pulled the children out for fear that they might catch the current. The lido: very positive that it is located in front of the beach and you only pay €10 for two sunbeds and an umbrella if you stay in the hotel peroo because in this hotel there is always a peroo... even if you book the umbrella every morning you run because they don't reserve your umbrella for you and you risk ending up in the fifth row!!!!! Not to forget the breakfast included in the price, a very small buffet breakfast, with juices bought at the discount store. And last but not least…organization 0…. There was rarely any music in the pool, on the night of August 15th all the facilities and hotels in the area organized parties and fireworks but the Sirenetta hotel was in the best of dreams. Everything turned off and in silence... I absolutely don't recommend it... I will never go back to this hotel again!

If you want to eat in their restaurant you will find a great professional in the dining room. He is already in line with a 4 star rating. The prices are three stars. If I return to Sicily I will definitely return to this property
