Building Hotel

We were a group of pilgrims from the United States and one stop was at these hotels. Of all the others these are the least.

Hotel located halfway between Caserta and Naples. The rooms are spotless and large. The abundant breakfasts and the splendid staff with the utmost attention to the child. The very economical restaurant with high-level traditional dishes. A place to feel at home and pampered thanks to Mimmo. We will definitely be back!

Excellent for the location. Excellent welcome as always with smiles. Another important thing is the safety of the parking inside. The very detailed breakfast with a vast assortment. Perhaps the only thing that could be done is a better research on the bed pillow 👍

Definitely recommend! Don’t be lazy to drive a couple of kilometers from Naples! The hotel is worth it! New establishment/clean/tasty/excellent service and helpful staff. I was very pleased with the prices for accommodation. Breakfast is excellent. Thanks everyone! I recommend it, you won’t regret it!

Excellent hotel, new, clean, quiet, with private parking. It is a new structure furnished in a modern style. The room is very spacious with even a huge walk-in closet. Breakfast is quite varied and good with milk or cappuccino served from the bar as well as from the automatic machine.

Positive aspects: the room was really nice and welcoming. Negatives: I tried to take a nice hot shower (I had been in the rain all day) but I managed to get it barely warm despite the thermostat at 38, I don't know why. The hairdryer worked for 20 seconds and then had to cool down, it took 15 minutes to dry my hair. But the best was at the restaurant: we were a group with a fixed menu, the waitress brought the first course and I asked for two glasses of wine, the answer was: "You have to pay for them at the reception first". Never happened in my life! I should have gone to the room, got the money, paid, and eaten the first cold one. I gave up wine. They bring the second course: aubergines and anchovies, I don't like both. I asked if there was an alternative and, in my opinion, the answer could have been "Unfortunately no, we're sorry" (well, if I don't like something it's my fault) or as often happens "Shall I bring you a slice of ham? " (Very well). Instead the answer was (exact words) "No, eat this which is good". Of course my plate was thrown away entirely. I gave up protesting out of respect for the organizers, the bus driver who was sitting in front of me did it in my place, given my anger, but he didn't get any explanations from the manager at the reception. Perhaps, given the other excellent reviews, this treatment is reserved for groups?
