This is one of those places that you need to enjoy the quirky nature of the surroundings. Great staff and great food after a long drive. Yes there are some areas that need to be updated, but consider that they are off the beaten track, there is much to enjoy. Prices are great considering the area. If you have any issues then you only need to let the team know and they do what is needed to sort things out. Samina went above and beyond to help with an issue that was out of the ordinary.. When she could have just said ‘No..!’ I agree that it is not all bells and whistles, but an honest establishment is what it is.. We will be back, if not only to enjoy the atmosphere and a drink or two.. Thank you for looking after us.. Regards Paul and Michelle Duncan.

We are 2 senios couples over 70, we reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights via Booking a month ahead. after a week we asked to change the reservation to 6 nights, but Booking had not rooms then we contacted the hotel and they confirmed the new reservation for 6 nights. After 3 nights when we returned from our daily tour our rooms were empty and our things was deposited in a dirty place. Fter a big discution and intervention of the local police, they admited thath they did a mistake and tried to compensate us for the bad moments. The dining room staff was excelent specially Miss Antonella, the breakfast abundant but the dinner menu poor. The lift was broken most of the 6 days even one morning a women was closed betwen 2 floors more than 15 minutes

Pessima struttura. Sporca, fatiscente, camere orribilmente arredate oltre che sporche. Eravamo in 3 con tre camere singole e non so quale era peggio dell’altra. Dovrebbero eliminarla da qualsiasi portale e chi ha rilasciato le quattro stelle, levarne almeno due per essere buoni Pensare che sul sito dicevano di aver rinnovato da poco le stanze e la struttura. Potrebbe sfiorare il reato di truffa in commercio

On aurait dit la chambre d'un membre du personnel !! Nous avions les fusibles dans notre chambre. La douche n'avait aucune paroi, l'eau se répondait dans toute la sale de bain!! Les WC étaient mouillés, une vraie marre!! Chambre sale !!! Murs tachés !! C'est une honte de louer une "chambre" pareille à ce prix là !!!!! J'ai signalé le problème à la réception, on m'a regardé comme une extra terrestre en me disant que c'est normal !

Les photos de l'établi sont trompeuses. Chambre moisi, tapisserie qui se décolle, tête de lit abîmée, paroi de douche qui ne tient pas correctement, pommeau de douche rouillé. La salle de petit déjeuner est pas trop mal et le petit déjeuner passe aussi.

Posto pulito, comodo per spostarsi e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Possibilità di cenare al ristorante dell'hotel Con classico menu italiano e pizze. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posto auto gratuito a circa cinquanta metri

Fijn hotel met een leuke koffiebar waar locals komen. Heerlijke taartjes in de vitrine! Ontvangen door jonge, enthousiaste, vriendelijke mensen. Goede service. We waren op doorreis en hebben gegolfd op de nabij gelegen Carimate golfbaan. Die baan is een kilometer van het hotel.
