This is one of those places that you need to enjoy the quirky nature of the surroundings. Great staff and great food after a long drive. Yes there are some areas that need to be updated, but consider that they are off the beaten track, there is much to enjoy. Prices are great considering the area. If you have any issues then you only need to let the team know and they do what is needed to sort things out. Samina went above and beyond to help with an issue that was out of the ordinary.. When she could have just said ‘No..!’ I agree that it is not all bells and whistles, but an honest establishment is what it is.. We will be back, if not only to enjoy the atmosphere and a drink or two.. Thank you for looking after us.. Regards Paul and Michelle Duncan.

We are 2 senios couples over 70, we reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights via Booking a month ahead. after a week we asked to change the reservation to 6 nights, but Booking had not rooms then we contacted the hotel and they confirmed the new reservation for 6 nights. After 3 nights when we returned from our daily tour our rooms were empty and our things was deposited in a dirty place. Fter a big discution and intervention of the local police, they admited thath they did a mistake and tried to compensate us for the bad moments. The dining room staff was excelent specially Miss Antonella, the breakfast abundant but the dinner menu poor. The lift was broken most of the 6 days even one morning a women was closed betwen 2 floors more than 15 minutes

Terrible facility. Dirty, dilapidated, rooms horribly furnished and dirty. There were three of us in three single rooms, and I don't know which was worse. They should remove it from every portal, and whoever gave it the four stars should remove at least two, just to be fair. To think that on the website they said they had recently renovated the rooms and the facility. This could border on commercial fraud.

We stayed the weekend of July 19th to 20th, 2025. Based on the photos on the website, they DO NOT CORRESPOND TO REALITY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! The room was dirty and awful, with cobwebs and spiders, the shower had CHROMOTHERAPY, and MUSIC DID NOT WORK. Breakfast was in the middle of the bar, due to a LARGE GROUP OF TOURISTS. AND LAST MUST OF ALL, the UNFORTUNATENESS of the ELEVATOR breaking (which in a hotel is UNACCEPTABLE NOT to have repaired immediately). I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING. In the morning, we reported the inconvenience to the lady at reception, but she was NOT much help. In fact, she downplayed everything by saying she was just an employee, so I pointed out that she could have reported everything to her SUPERVISORS to improve the service!!!!!!!!!!

Clean, convenient location, and excellent value. Dinner is available at the hotel restaurant, offering classic Italian fare and pizzas. Very friendly and helpful staff, and free parking is available about fifty meters away.

Recommended hotel for those who need to make a quick stopover. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Standard room was excellent. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended! They also accept pets!

A lovely hotel with a charming coffee bar frequented by locals. Delicious pastries in the display case! We were greeted by young, enthusiastic, and friendly staff. Excellent service. We were passing through and played golf at the nearby Carimate golf course, which is about a kilometer from the hotel.
