En las vacaciones de invierno 2024 pasamos 4 días estupendos en el Suite House Cariló. Temía que la pileta in-out no estuviera lo suficientemente calentita, pero me sorprendió de la mejor manera, ya que no daba ganas de salir... El departamento estaba bien mantenido y limpio y el sillón cama era muy cómodo. El desayunador tenía una decoración tropical muy cálida y ofrecía una variedad de opciones dulces y saladas. Nos manejamos caminando, ya que estábamos cerca del centro y la playa... Por supuesto volvería!!

Me encantó el lugar. Departamentos amplios, con parrilla y buena calefacción. La pileta estaba bien y hay un pequeño parque para niños. El desayuno estaba rico aunque faltaban frutas y un poco más de proteína. Fuimos un finde largo que el el hotel estaba vacío, pedimos quedarnos un rato más y nos dijeron que el check out es 10 am (check in 15h, también muy tarde) es el único hotel que fui de Carilo que no me deja ni usar las instalaciones luego del check out. Además no hay dispenser con agua caliente. La decoración y ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Pésima atención de la recepción. Lamentable. Cambien de personal. El lugar bastante lindo pero la atención de la recepción terriblemente antipática. Deberían tener otro tipo de calidad y servicio. Se nota que falta la mano de algún encargado responsable y preparado para atender al turista

El hotel es muy lindo, la atención de recepción es pésima No nos permitieron ni siquiera entrar al baño para cambiarnos antes del check in ni luego del Check out. La piscina climatizada no estuvo climatizada cuando era un requisito nuestro al reservar el hotel. Pero sobre todo la inflexibilidad y la mala voluntad de la gente de recepción. No volveremos

Nos encanto el hotel, pero por sobre toda las cosas la calidez humana de la atención de la gente de recepción, hacia rato no me sentía así. Destaco la limpieza del lugar y la pileta climatizada impecable, Las almohadas inteligentes son un sueño!! Volvería sin dudas y ya los recomendé!

Lo mejor para hospedarse en carilo. Los departamentos impecables, la piscina y el nuevo desayunador son de gran nivel. La ubicación es la mejor. Parador en la playa y entretenimiento para los chicos son importantes complementos.
