Golly but these people are customer focussed. One cannot even begin to write about this experience without special mention of Bronwyn who was so incredibly responsive and helpful. She’s a definite keeper! We were travelling with our pet and were given a delightful cabin at the entrance which however, did not meet our bedding requirements which are twin-bed. Bronwyn not only provided us with a facility which met our requirements but immediately credited our account since this “improved” room applies a lesser rate. Yes, the room was older and the bathroom could do with a refurb but it was spotlessly clean, well equipped with toiletries and towels, wonderfully quiet and in fact about half as large again as the first room offered. The only negative was that the wifi was inadequate but that did not bother us in the slightest since our primary goal was to have a great night’s sleep and we did. We would not think of staying anywhere else should we again be looking to overnight in Cardwell.
