Friendly staff, clean room and good location. This accomodation is located nearby Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Market, and St. David Center. You can walk from the accomodation to Cardiff Bay in around 30 mins. Everything is accessible, it is suitable for short stay for backpacker, as there has no lift, so that's not good for carrying large luggage. The shower pump is not working well and the room sound insulation is not good. Also the room has no anti theft lock on door, the door only with an auto lock, and it's easy to open from outside.

OK. Clear instructions to stay. Had to have money so almost got robbed at Tesco lol. I asked for top room. We laughed as I slowly died going up the stairs of the sky scrapper. Light didn't work, bed lamp did. Decent size. Tv, hair dryer, biggest toilet, toiletries. Broadband. In the middle of a centre, in the middle of summer.i have been in some dives, but this is a nice place. I will stay again . Check out 11am which is great. Next time I'll ask for a room on first floor. Lol . See you again..... (also ask ur cleaners to get rid of the clippers behind the tv and used flannel in shower) we left it there from previous.

Hairdryer is provided in the shared shower room, and with curtain next to each bed which provides greater conveniency and privacy. While free tea and coffee are provided next to the reception 24/7. However, the lock here is password lock, and the staff would change the password frequently for preventing homeless people, this can be good or not, one hand is providing greater safety, yet, it can also make you being lock outside the hostel (that's what I experienced). And one more thing is that I found bloodstain on the bed sheet. Overall, I would say it's a cost-effective choice
