This was a lovely room! Didn't have its own bathroom which I wasn't expecting but I think that's just me not really reading the listing! The person who checked me in was lovely and the room was warm and decorated nicely. Thanks!

Good value for money. Room was small but worked well for one person and you got everything you needed, including tea and coffee. 20 minutes walk to city centre. The room was super clean.

Not only was it good value for monry but the room was clean and the service was excellent. I will be using this place again and highly recommend for others.

A nice little hotel in a convenient location in Cardiff. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Last minute booking as I needed to stay overnight unexpectedly and this hotel offered much better value than the larger chains. Staff were very welcoming. No food available as the kitchen was being refurbished but there were plenty of places to eat.

The venue is outstanding esp; for a budget hotel. My room was exceptionally clean! Liked that oat milk was offered with the room drinks station. Bed was super comfy. I would recommend. There is a bus stop straight outside. I would be happy to stay here again.

Nicely decorated room, easy checkin/checkout Comfortable and the slippers are a nice touch :) A bit noisy, so bring ear plugs for full confort. You will get a kettle for coffee and tea, so all good for a relaxing stay. I do recommend the place - bus is just outside the property.

The room was great, nice and felt clean. Albeit, if you're a solo female traveller, I'd probably avoid due to the door feeling like one good boot and it'll come swinging open even when locked. The Car Park is unfortunately very squishy and quite awkward to get in and out of, and while there is CCTV, your cars do not feel safe in these backstreets, and the Hotel takes no responsibility for damage to them (as confirmed by the numerous signs). Check in process could have been smoother as well. Overall it was very average... A decent one night stay but nothing that made us go "Wow" but a few that made us go "Ehh". The singular Staff member we met were friendly. :)

Amazing hotel, very very clean. Shared toilets and shower room More like hostel but very cozy and vintage Reception lady is a gem, very warm welcoming the only inconvenience is that is a shared bathrooms and toilets, 1 for 4 rooms on the each floor
