Lovely stay, however parking was a shame had to pay £29 for 24 hours at the ncp behind it. It was right in the city centre which was great

I had a great stay at the Hilton Cardiff. The hotel was very nice, modern, well-kept, and in a great location. The front desk staff were excellent: welcoming, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout the hotel. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

A decent hotel. The room and bathroom was large, clean, and the bed was comfy.
My gripes:
- No complimentary water bottle at check-in
- No toiletries package
- A broken hairdryer, and even if it was working, there was no plug for it in the bathroom.
- Bedroom layout meant it was hard to see the TV from the bed.
- For a supposedly luxury hotel, the swimming pool was below standard.
For the price, it’s not the best.

I stayed at the Hilton Hotel this weekend and had a good experience. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent—everything you need is nearby—and the staff were very friendly and lovely. I highly recommend it!☺️👍

A good hotel in cardiff city. Near the city centre and place of interest. Good food around the area. The hotel is well keep up.

Such a wonderful location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was perfect and provided us with everything we needed. Would definitely come back.
