We greatly enjoyed our stay. This was an accidental one-night visit, as we found ourselves too tired to complete our planned cycling route. An online search revealed a few options close by, and this one looked promising. What good fortune. Mathijs and Sabine were friendly hosts. The room was charming and bed comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. We loved the ambiance in this tranquil location. Even the pizza dinner at the nearby campground exceeded expectations. My wife and I would love to visit again and spend more time.

This is a great place to stay and enjoy the area. Close to the river Gardon, where swimming is possible, the place is in a typical ancient village of the Cévène back country. The house is great, with thick walls and large common areas and the garden is very large, also includes a swimming pool. The host are very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed for a week in one of Sabine and Mathijs' beautiful gites. A comfortable bed, a delicious breakfast with home-made jam every day and total relaxation ensued. The surroundings are beautiful, lovely towns, the beach, a beautiful hinterland, all within an hour's drive. I definitely recommend this location. Mathijs and Sabine are fantastic patrons. Next year again.

We had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast was terrific. Charming place, will definitely be back. The town is very quiet and is located in a perfect location for a stop on your way to the mountains. The host is incredibly welcoming.

Lieu très accueillant et typique, avec entre autres, la chambre Figuier", très sympas et bien adaptée à notre séjour en famille. Au petit déjeuner, je recommande de confitures maison et les petits cakes aux écorces d'orange qui étaient délicieux.

Un lieu calme et agréable pour passer un bon moment en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Literie confortable. L'hôte est très sympa. Le petit déjeuner copieux et le repas aussi. La chambre est spacieuse, propre. Le logement se situe à proximité du gardon pour de jolies balades. On peut aller jusqu'à Anduze en vélo par une voie douce.

Un endroit à découvrir dans un petit village. Très calme et apaisant, très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux, confitures maison. Notre hôte à été très attentif et nous a orienté pour des visites aux alentours. A refaire pour un prochain circuit.

Notre hôte a été aux "petits soins" pour nous et spécialement pour notre régime sans gluten....Au petit déjeuner nous avons eu un gâteau sans gluten pour remplacer les croissants!!! Chambre rustique et agréable. Repas avec des anglais très sympathiques

Nous avons passé un excellent WE à l'Orangerie de Cardet. Nous étions en chambre d'hôtes pour un WE et tout a été parfait, depuis l'accueil chaleureux de Mathijs à notre arrivée vendredi soir, aux repas et petits déjeuners avec des produits locaux et des confitures maison succulentes, à notre chambre spacieuse et au lit confortable... Le lieu, bien rénové, est un havre de paix : silence, nature, petits villages typiques, de quoi trouver pour chacun ce qui lui convient entre patrimoine, randonnée, vélo, gastronomie etc... Un endroit idéal pour se reposer, faire un break, recharger les batteries ou que sais-je encore ? A recommander sans hésitation
