Un lugar hermoso frente al mar, exquisito desayuno incluido, cabañas equipadas con todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días en familia. Espacios comunes amplios, silencio en las noches. Todo lo que necesitaba para desconectar.

Excelente estadía, muy bonito, desayuno buffet, piscina, juegos infantiles y lo mejor, vista y acceso directo a playa Hermosa. Estuve en una habitación con cama matrimonial y una individual adicional que además tenía una pequeña cocina y mini comedor, con calefacción y bellisima vista al mar.

Excelente lugar, las cabañas totalmente equipadas. Arrendamos el Quincho y también está todo equipado. Muy bello el lugar y rico desayuno. Recomiendo las cabañas con Hot Tub privados, muy agradables y limpios. El personal del hotel es muy amable.

Fuimos a pasar el finde largo en familia y quedamos enamorados del lugar. Lo mejor el hot tub privado de la cabaña, un desayuno buffet delicioso y el lugar que da directo al mar en un entorno tranquilo y privado. Las cabañas estaban muy bien equipadas, la calefacción eléctrica exquisita y la ropa de cama, almohadas y camas muy buenas. Volvería mañana.

Aunque mi estadía en su lodge fue en general agradable, me gustaría señalar un aspecto que considero importante para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes. Durante mi tiempo allí, noté que la falta de insumos básicos de cafetería fue un inconveniente significativo. Más allá de la comodidad de tener café disponible, creo que es importante destacar que esta bebida caliente es disfrutada por muchos en cualquier hora del día, ya sea por la mañana para empezar el día o por la tarde para relajarse. No tener acceso a esta comodidad básica significaba que los huéspedes tenían que interrumpir su descanso para salir en busca de provisiones. En un entorno donde el objetivo es desconectar de la rutina citadina, este tipo de preocupaciones pueden restar valor a la experiencia de relajación que busca ofrecer su lodge. Considerar la inclusión de insumos de cafetería no solo aumentaría la comodidad para los huéspedes, sino que también contribuiría a crear un ambiente más acogedor y completo. Me he quedado en este Lodge unas 10 veces, pero no venía hace dos años y el cambio en el servicio y la atención cambió para mal exponencialmente. Fuimos con mis hijas de 1 y 3 años, solicitamos una colcha extra a lo que nos respondieron en muy mala actitud que eso se pedía antes y que las fuera a buscar yo a recepción, que además no sabían si estaban limpias. A las 9am además recibimos un llamado por los ruidos molestos de mis hijas (que se estaban riendo no llorando por lo demás). Hasta para entregarme la clave del Wi-fi tuvieron una mala actitud. No venir con niños, al parecer no son bien recibidos.

Lugar muy acogedor y cálido, la combinación madera y estilo es muy agradable. Lo mejor la tinaja caliente. El diseño del lugar es muy moderno.La cabaña tenía de todo y bien mantenido. Buena atención y el desayuno muy bien. Un solo detalle, la tinaja tenía mucho cloro. Sin duda volveremos
