Awesome, comfortable stay. Hotel front of house team, super efficient. Was made to feel welcome. Needed a place to rest overnight following my 24 hour flying visit to attend the screening of a movie premiere. Check in process was vey easy and straightforward. They have a hotel bar too and ordering drinks was easy. Not too pricey too. Room was very comfortable, bed was a good size too. Well equipped room, spotlessly clean and well laid out. Andre this morning on the check in counter was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Grabbed a free coffee and delicious pastries which I actually didn’t expect to be complimentary too. Andre was also very friendly and amiable too. He really took an interest in what I told him about my experience in Milan. (The guy on the desk last night was also helpful and friendly but didn’t ask for his name). Milan which was truly wonderful. Had a good rest ready for my flight back to London.

THE BIG SURPISE WAS THAT BREAKFAST STARTED AT 5.30am, SO HAPPY TO ENJOY OUR BREAKFAST ( A VERY NICE ONE), BEFORE OUR JOURNEY... VERY CLEAN ROOM, COSY AND WARM.... Our flight was overbooked and we had to stay in a hotel near by. The hotel staff were excellent, after a very stressful four hours of not being able to board a plane, waiting for our bags to return and having zero communication from the flight company, we needed good people. The staff had held the kitchen for us so we had some food. They recommended ways to get to a different airport so we could get home earlier. Amazing people, very friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you 🙏

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided excellent customer service and were attentive to all of our needs. Only 10 minutes from the airport. However it is far from the centre and transport to the centre is extremely expensive so do bear that in mind. Going to the centre and coming back can cost up to €100 euros daily. But the staff and the hotel were excellent.

Soggiorno spesso per lavoro in questo B&B, dotato sia di camere doppie per coppie, che di camere doppie a uso singola. Inoltre ci sono anche degli appartamenti completi di tutto per soggiornare qualche giorno in più, dotati di cucina, sdala da pranzo. Pulizia ottima, in particolar modo con il Covid, viene sanificato tutto. Le docce sono il punto di forza, grandi, sempre con acqua calda, spaziose e comode. Non capisco chi si lamenta che le stanze erano fredde, anzi, vorrei dire anche troppo calde, di solito io stacco il riscaldamento durante la notte. Personale cortese e disponibile per aiutare il cliente.
