Close to the airport but not noisy. If you are like me and only want to stay here for a few hours, it is not recommended. Take a taxi from T2 for 25 euros one way without bargaining, and the journey takes less than 5 minutes. 50 euros round trip. I took a taxi from T1 to the city and it only cost about 100. To sum up, it is not recommended for friends who need to travel like this. The puppies are so cute! ! Super cute!

Good reception service. No heating, air conditioning just at maximum 24 degrees Celsius. Shuttle from Malpensa airport but had to wait and call more times. A lot of tv channels including Sky channels. Two pillows, elecric kettle machine to do hot water for tea or coffee. The gym is quite good and there is a seasonal pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided excellent customer service and were attentive to all of our needs. Only 10 minutes from the airport. However it is far from the centre and transport to the centre is extremely expensive so do bear that in mind. Going to the centre and coming back can cost up to €100 euros daily. But the staff and the hotel were excellent.

It's a good airport hotel. However, there are several elevator buttons that are not working. It seems that the maintenance of the facility is not perfect. There are the same buttons on both sides, so I could using it.

The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Terminal 2. Just 100 meters in front of the hotel, a shuttle runs every 15 minutes to Terminal 1. The hotel features a 24/7 bar, and for guests without a breakfast package, coffee and muffins are available for purchase in the morning.

Some equipment in the room is not very easy to use, but the service is very good, you can respond and solve it quickly, the other is that the breakfast is very good, the surrounding environment is also very beautiful

nice room, friendly staff and great shuttle bus service, 10 mins driving from Mxp airport. It’s convenient for a short stopover. Above all, the excellent food!
