Déçue Nous étions dans l annexe pas de télécommande pour la clim (pas la bonne période! ) et avons eu trop chaud Les prestations n étaient pas aux attendus pour un 3 /4 étoiles Un peu dommage pour un lieu touristique et très agréable qu est la cité de Carcassonne

Hôtel propre et très bien situé au pied de la cité , parking , spa, personnel très agréable , chambre propre , il ne manque rien , nous avons bu un apéritif avec une bonne ambiance musicale , très bien servi
