This hotel is a few minutes walk from the railway station and the final bus stop for the airport shuttle. This is a lovely hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stat here and were made most welcome. Our room was brilliant and had a view over the centre of the city. It was a delight to hear the bells of the local church and cathedral ring out across the city. The breakfast was very good with a large selection available. There are many restaurants within a short walk. The local and country buses all begin or pass by on the adjacent main roads. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional helpful and friendly. I had a muddle with my booking, my own fault, and the person at reception sorted it without me even needing to ask.
She also lent me an umbrella when it rained a bit.
The room was also very nice, with a comfortable bed and a very big nicely decorated bathroom.
The road is not at all interesting but very near a ruly beautiful church and the main street and square.

Spacious room, powerful shower - the towels could do with being larger. Comfortable bed, easy location to get to shops and castle. Really enjoyed our overnight stay.

Very clean. Super nice people. Great breakfast. Easy to get to everything in Carcassonne. Convenient for collecting your Les Canalous canal barge. Very close to the railway from Toulouse or Narbonne. Close to some very nice restaurants.

I would come here every trip it's lovely
I have stayed here before, and find it really safe, friendly and comfortable. It is really close to the railway station, and to the centre of town. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and kind. My room looked out onto a quiet courtyard full of light, so it was very peaceful. All in all a very reasonably-priced hotel and nice people who run it. Free coffee and tea in the room, too!
