Clean comfortable hotel in a central location, friendly, helpful staff and easy check in and out.

Carcassonne is a castle-city town, the hotel is about 13 min waling distance from the train station. Room is clean, and comes with a bathtub.

Staffs are indifference to your needs; the female receptionist don’t even know the local transportation ! the hotel itself is great but the staff seems to not care about you!! the room got good views with good facilities pity they are not employing more friendly staffs.

Very good! We upgraded to a room with a balcony facing the ancient city. The view was unobstructed, which was great! The breakfast was also very rich.

The hotel is very good, nothing to complain about. The problem was the reservation, which had not been confirmed until leaving the hotel.

Very good stay experience, the front desk guy and girl are very nice, the hotel is located about 9 minutes walk from Carcassone train station, not far away, you can see the castle when you stay in the hotel, and it is also close to the castle. The price is also moderate. It is a good choice, but there are not many places to eat nearby, and you need to walk a few minutes to find a restaurant, but the hotel food is good. Hygiene: Very good

A great hotel with fantastic views of Carcassonne. Garden, outdoor terrace and very large rooms. All rooms with coffee machine. Free parking in the area. A highly recommended four star

Very good hotel, great location with views of the castle and free parking nearby, very correct rooms. Breakfast a bit expensive (€15 per person)

This hotel has the most remarkable view over the walled city. Choose a room with a city view - it's worth the additional cost. When the city and bridge are lit up at night, it's magical. The room was clean and comfortable, room size is typical for France with the tiniest mini-fridge I've ever seen. Front desk was friendly and hotel has a good vibe. Easy walk to walled city, train station and the rest of town.

Staff is very nice and always helpful. Very good breakfast, quiet and beautiful location. Excellent!!
