The room is different than you describe online.
Services are really poor, staff attitudes were so bad for any hospitality standards.
I rarely gave negative comments towards hotel booking, but I am really unhappy this time.

房間明亮，房間（包括洗手間）的窗外，雖然沒有正對着海，也是一片整潔的草坪和海的景色。餐廳和幾步之外的海灘，就更不用説了。安靜愜意的海。 提醒：餐廳一定要提前預訂！

Amazing Apartment ! We stayed in one of their apartments for Mothers Day ! Absolutely amazing for a family of 4 . Lovely sea view and everything you need in the fridge . Very clean and breakfast delivered in the morning as well . Absolutely recommend these apartments!

Wonderful room, building, staff, scenery, restaurants, beach, walks and places to visit , everything, in fact, so definitely look forward to visiting again. Loved the view from our room. Walked to Saint Ives and visited Saint Michael’s Mount. Would recommend unreservedly.

The hotel was excellent. We got a really good deal for dinner, bed and breakfast. They reception team and all of the staff are amazing and incredibly helpful especially Ilmer on the front desk. Would highly recommend. Fabulous place! They helped with an allergy issue that my wife had. They could not of been more accommodating. Proximity to the beach and to the train station is excellent, although the latter requires the ability to walk up a very steep hill !!! We had a junior suite with Seaview and it was amazing. We ate dinner in the orangery and, in waters restaurants. Both were excellent with great food and attentive service. We will be returning!

My wife and I had always wanted to visit this Hotel and the opportunity presented itself for us to take a short break as a nice treat- we were not disappointed ! Upon arrival we had a warm welcome at Reception and special thanks must go to Shannon who went above and beyond to help us find a suitable room to help my wife who was having mobility issues- it was very much appreciated. Everything about the hotel complex oozes quality from the location,decor, rooms, restaurant ,facilities and last but not least the staff. It goes without saying that we would highly recommend the Hotel and hope to return.All the staff with whom we came into contact were really very friendly, helpful and extremely professional but I should like to highlight Receptionists Shannon and Cara who deserve special thanks.

A lovely hotel for a special occasion. We stayed 2 nights in a junior twin suite which was very comfy and spacious with seaview. Definitely worth having a seaview. The room had complimentary bottles of still water, coffee, teas and milk. Surprised the room didn't have Aircon and in the bathroom there was just one set of handwash/bodywash, shampoo, conditioner. So we were moving the handwash/bodywash between the sink and shower. No body lotion. One other note is there is no lift, so if you're on the top floor it is 2 floors up. Breakfast was table service, delicious and generous portions. Menu attached. We ate in Walters one evening which was delicious yet pricy. The spa with outdoor heated pool is open for guests. We did also enjoy a treatment. There's a bar by the pool aswell. There are lots of different places to eat/drink within the grounds and down to the beach. A lovely venue for a special occasion.

Fantastic room and location…. Was treated to one night …. Reception staff outstanding ! Our only disappointment was the very poor breakfast! Obviously the full English had been cooked way too early and was dry and unappetising….. skin coming off sausage … dry bacon …. Warm tomato …. Not cooked enough and dry scrambled eggs .. toast also poor quality bread . This is a 5 star hotel and none of this should be happening? Need new breakfast chef ??

We were celebrating birthdays with a 2 night stay. On arrival we were not keen on our allocated room. Absolutely no problem. The ladies at reception were very helpful indeed and we moved to a super, quiet apartment. Lots of space, quiet and the sun came out - once! We ate in the Orangery. The food was excellent; the service was very quick and friendly and each table had a lovely sea view. It proved to be a memorable two days. We felt very welcome and were looked after at all times.
