We have stayed at this hotel annually for many years. It never disappoints and just gets better. The hotel staff are friendly, the hotel immaculate and beautifully designed, the bedrooms comfortable and the views from the dining room and other public areas stunning. The parking is easy. The food including evening meals are almost too good. As usual we stayed seven nights and felt really relaxed after we left. There are also lots of beautiful places to visit as well as walks. Such a relaxing place to visit with a beautiful view especially from the balcony area with a drink. Excellent choices for breakfast and a tasty evening meal if you stay in. All the staff are friendly and helpful which makes this a place to return to!

What a find!. Stunning views over the bay. The nearby trainline to St Ives centre (one stop, one pound) is unexpected bonus. Immaculately clean and calming, stylish decor. Wonderful staff and food. We followed an itinerary provided by the hotel and it was fabulous - terrific locations we may not have found ourselves. Thank you, "George"!

This was one of our finest experiences in a hotel ever. Absolutely magnificent – service, food, view, vibe, and our room. Absolutely delightful gem of a hotel with amazing staff. We had the nicest welcome from Anna who greeted us at the door and showed us around the hotel and then to our lovley room overlooking the sea . We had been given an upgrade ! The views from the hotel terrace were stunning overlooking Caribis Bay and St Ives. Well situated for the railway station few minutes walk away . Our room was comfy and cosy with lots of extra touches . The breakfast was delicious and well presented . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel and look forward to staying again

Our second visit to this beautiful hotel. We stayed in late July before our trip to the Scillies. Our room had views over the bay, bed was comfortable with large sized bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was well presented and tasty. We left the car in the hotel car park and took the train at the bottom of the hill to get about. Then on returning to hotel from an evening out or before we went out for the evening we would sit on the terrace overlooking the bay and relax and have a drink. We would certainly return and book here again. Overall a brilliant place to stay.

Amazing evening meal at this hotel. Food of a very high standard and an experience to remember. Stunning costal views from the restaurant and outside terrace balcony area with plenty of tables to take in the view and relax in a wonderful atmosphere.
