Estive hospedada junto a minha família no hotel no período de 21/02 a 23/02. No dia 21/02 houve o serviço de quarto e pasmem, mancharam duas camisetas do meu esposo de agua sanitária. De imediato fui a recepção, e o rapaz que estava em atendimento me sinalizou que o gerente não se encontrava e deveria procura-lo no dia seguinte, e assim o fiz logo pela manhã. O gerente me disse que falaria com o dono no mesmo dia e em breve haveria uma solução. Ao procura-lo mais tarde, me informou que iria acionar o financeiro para solicitar um possível reembolso, e me solicitou notas fiscais das camisetas. Quem viaja levando nota fiscal da roupa que usou?! Informei a ele que não possuo as notas, enviei as fotos da roupa manchada e também de um saco que estava próximo e ele me informou que mandaria ao financeiro no dia seguinte (24/02). Entrei em contato no dia 26/02 questionando um posicionamento, e me pediram para aciona-los no dia seguinte pois o gerente não estava no hotel. No dia 27/02 os acionei novamente e pasmem, O GERENTE DE FOLGA. Me falaram que iriam verificar com o financeiro e mais uma vez me pediram nota fiscal. Por sorte achei um extrato da compra que fiz pois foi no débito e encaminhei no mesmo momento para que fosse encaminhado ao "financeiro" Entrei em contato novamente no dia 01/03 - SEM RETORNO Estou entrando em contato novamente no dia de hoje (03/03) desde as 9h da manhã, e sigo sendo ignorada com sucesso. As camisetas do meu esposo são das marcas hangar 33 e Levis, só uma camiseta me custou 190,00. Uma viagem que deveria ser um momento de descontração se transformou um transtorno devido a falta de preparo da equipe.

Muitos itens pra melhorar
O hotel está na média, bem simples, o ruim pra mim pq tenho filho pequeno foi que tudo que precisava tinha que ir na recepção pegar, acredito que era porque só tinha um funcionário, o Wi-Fi não pegava direito, a acústica do quarto era ruim, pq da pra ouvir tudo do quarto ao lodo, por isso não dormi direito, os funcionários são até simpáticos mas sozinhos, no café da manhã achei que seria melhor por causa das fotos e comentários anteriores mas não foi, o bolo estava passado, ô pãozinho duro, suco artificial, mas o café estava uma delícia, muito pernilongo, a limpeza até que é boa e os funcionários se esforçam pra tratar a gente bem, mas infelizmente é um lugar que não voltaremos mais.

Boa localização, equipe bastante solícita e educada, uma piscina maravilhosa, quartos limpinhos, e banheiro limpo também, café da manhã servido pelo hotel bastante satisfatório, local amplo e com variedade, ar condicionado no quarto, tv e sinal de wi fi bons.

Otimo ambiente, unico ponto de observação sao os primeiros quarto do terreo (onde me instalei) o barulho pela manha é bem alto devido a cozinha que fica na parte de trás dos quartos, mas no demais tudo uma delicia, piscina bem quentinha
