The hotel is old But the business suite is good and nice It was better than other room’s The price of hotel is reasonable but coffee shop here is expensive more than other places like The staff can’t speak English and it is so difficult for me to communicate with them, for example for one blanket I explained 2 hours to them to they sent ! The room was cold and they hadn’t something to keep in warm! But actually this is good hotel And it’s safe Two receptions stuff in front desk,helped me with great job Geraldine and Albani

Like other occasions, once more I came back to JW MARRIOTT in caracas who has the best attention in the excellent restaurant. You know you have been here a lot when che chef offers something special because you know all of the menu. We enjoyed the perfect dinner with the best risotto (ANRAN) in caracas. A special thank you to the complete team at the restaurant. This night it where Mr. Yolmer, heriberto, Maykell & miss Angela I look forward to come back with my family soon.

If you want to be treated as a 5 star guest don’t think it more. Go To the Renaissance. Everyone starting from the bell boy (Kerbel) the front desk people the restaurant treat you as family and you think you are the only guest of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable excellent beds. If going to Caracas these is the place to stay. It’s location etc etc

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son modernas, con modernos cuartos de ducha equipados. Hay una terraza en la azotea con una piscina que es popular, por lo que es un gran lugar para relaj**** por la noche y socializar. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local.
