Pésima atención en la Recepción del hotel con empleados displicentes y trato casi ofensivo. Las habitaciones diminutas y sin ventilación impregnadas de un fuerte olor a humo de cigarrillos, no hay agua caliente y en las noches se hace difícil dormir debido a la música de alto volumen procedente de una discoteca funcionando en la parte baja del hotel que se prolonga hasta altas hora de la madrugada. Un solo ascensor para clientes que no funciona.

esto no es es un hotel esto se llama taguara mal servicio mala calidad no se tiene privacidad para nada es pequeño al estremo y me dieron una habitacion q se comunicaba cn otra separadas x una puerta x la cual se escuchaba todo lo de la otra habitacion q desagradable no voy mas

Me hospede en este hotel para tramites del saime, pasaba todo el día en la calle y deje mis pertenencias en la habitación junto a ellas mi teléfono celular cargando, al llegar en la noche no estaba ni mi teléfono ni el cargador. los dueños no se hicieron responsables no les importo el trato fue pésimo, nos dijeron que nos mostrarían las cámaras de seguridad de la recepción donde según mostraría si alguien tomo la llave de la habitación nos hicieron esperar como una hora esperando que llegara un según técnico para que buscara las grabaciones, porque son tan inútiles que ellos según no sabían como manejarlas. al final nunca llego el "técnico" y nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar hasta el día siguiente. paso el día y nos dijeron que no nos iban a mostrar nada que llamáramos al cicpc que era a ellos que se lo iban a mostrar. son unos ladrones. el que nada teme nada debe, para cubrir a sus empleadas de limpieza no quisieron mostrar nada. la seguridad de ese hotel es pecina no tiene cámaras en los pasillos de los pisos. no lo recomiendo para nada. se aprovechan que uno esta afuera para revisar las habitaciones.

Me encantó hospedarme en este hotel por qué tiene muy buena ubicación para trasladarse a cualquier sitio en la ciudad, cuenta con habitaciones remodeladas muy bonitas y a buen precio, además de que cuenta con panadería y restaurante ideal para estar en familia.

Al llegar a la recepción la atención es excelente, hay precios muy accesibles, cuenta con muy buena señal de WiFi en todas las instalaciones, habitaciones remodeladas y muy confortables, cuenta con panadería y restaurante con una terraza muy bonita y tiene estacionamiento, recomendado 100%.
