Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». From the amazing receptionists to the rockstars handling the restaurant, I felt like home. 14000 km away, I did feel like hold. Thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, to name a few, Edder, Junior and Ewing - my experience turned great! I spent 3 days there but it was an awesome experience. To sum it up - if you are ever stuck, Lidotel is the place to go.

Everything was excellent but I didn't like getting a pair of socks in the room, hanging in the closet... I think they didn't clean it well... but everything else EXCELLENT, especially the reception staff and those who greet us at the airport (even the driver of the bus is very kind)

We stayed overnight after arriving in Caracas before flying to Margarita the following day. The hotel is in a residential area about 10 minutes from the airport by car. The service standards are acceptable but certainly not 5-star or in line with international Marriott standards. Interactions with staff were ‘transactions’ rather than ‘experiences’. Lack of management visibility is noticeable. Our room was spacious but the carpets were quite dated and had a strong damp smell. Inside the room there were many maintenance issues: rusted make-up mirror, broken electrical panel, faulty door lock, toilet didn’t flush and a general lack of attention to detail. The economic and financial situation in Venezuela is a factor to consider but it shouldn’t be used as a justification for poor maintenance. The swimming pool area is one of the best parts of this hotel, many loungers and a good view. There is a bakery nearby to buy a snack or have breakfast, they also do pizza in the evening. Hotel is used by several airlines for their crew accommodation but this wasn’t an issue. This hotel has potential but it needs to push harder to reach better service levels.

I took the hotel for a day use (this is day use because I had to be shot in Caracas for almost 12 hours while waiting for the next flight), the transfer busy is the truth that it is tetric, falling to cachos. once we arrived at the hotel, The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. Fortunately it was to spend the time. I wouldn't have spent the night there. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. I am a professional in the sector and the truth that healthily, that hostel should be closed. The only thing that is saved is the staff, which, as happens in all establishments, is what keeps the business.

44maoIt was the first time I arrived in this somewhat mysterious country and stayed at Ctrip’s number one luxury hotel. It feels good to enter the country (no need to fill out a form), check-in (sincere smile at the front desk), and check-out (leave the hotel early, no cancellation is allowed but cancellation is accepted).
The hotel is small in size, the room facilities are relatively advanced, but very clean, and the 24-hour gym can be accessed by swiping a card. The breakfast is commendable compared to the size of the hotel. The waiters were enthusiastic but their English was mediocre.
Seeing Hikvision opposite the hotel is still friendly.
I went for a run around the hotel at 05:40 local time in the morning. I was completely relaxed and didn't have to worry about any security issues.

This is a very nice and secure hotel in a nice part of Caracas and is very close by to everything you need and the staff are very friendly and help with anything you need the bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious I would recommend if you are in Caracas

2291jordandThis is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local. A very nice hotel, where I was for a month. The very nice rooms. The cleaning service was passed daily. The staff very attentive. The good gym. The beautiful and clean pool. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
