When we arrived in Capvern in early October, 2022, we called the Hotel Abelio where we were booked to stay for one night before heading to the Pyrenées for a three day hike. We couldn't find a taxi, and Hélène immediately drove down to the train station to pick us up... three travelers with much luggage. She was kind, generous, even driving one of us to Lannemezan to see a landmark from his history. François made us a delicious meal, even though we were the only clients in the restaurant. We were also offered a great breakfast and lots of personal care along the way. Hélène and François stand out as the consummate hosts and also as kind, caring people.

Un accueil très convivial mais aussi très professionnel. Un très bel établissement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et chaleureux. Une cuisine de qualité Des hôtes qui nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur

Un accueil plus que sympathique, des chambres rénovées avec goût et une cuisine absolument délicieuse! Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour reconcilier même les plus grincheux avec l'hotellerie française! Mérite vraiment le détour!
