dilapidated and poorly maintained structure I paid 264 euros via booking for one night dirty room on the floor corners with dust and mold stained bedspreads old furniture marble bathroom with encrustations everywhere whirlpool tub with hair and insects "playground" with 40 year old games of faded and rusty plastic .. I did not go in to see the pool poor breakfast non-existent soundproofing with the other rooms

B&B addiacente a villa di proprietà. Arredamento anni 80 con polvere annessa, termosifone non funzionante, doccia e bagno in condizioni precarie, copriletti non ne parliamo... Colazione non è tale ma merendina al sacco per ricreazione

Abbiamo ricevuto una buona accoglienza, il posto è bellissimo un parco molto carino super apprezzato dai bambini, causa maltempo la piscina era chiusa, un gran peccato. La struttura deserta, eravamo gli unici. Le camera assegnata assolutamente non valeva il prezzo pagato, coperte sporche, la doccia rotta ( era rotto il sofone della doccia che non si poteva appendere) e non funzionava la TV . La colazione scarsa per 4 persone e soprattutto non adatta a due bambini. Un vero peccato perché il posto davvero molto bello, forse andrebbe rimodernato un pochino.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite in una villa con parco, poco curato, si entra direttamente da una scala esterna/terrazzo sotto la pioggia. Stanza con letto matrimoniale e accanto un tavolino apparecchiato per la colazione con merendine e biscotti confezionati, macchinetta per il caffè. Sembrava una prigione.Rumori dalle stanze accanto, un incubo.Bagno bello e enorme. L'unica cosa bella la piscina esterna riscaldata.2 notti Euro 448.- (dal 30.06.2023 - 02.07.2023)UN FURTO.

Non ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare,ma solo chiamando ho già capito di che cosa si trattava. Sicuramente sarà un ottimo posto,ma quando mi hanno detto la cifra per una notte alla mia richiesta “c’è per caso una camera un po’ più economica” la loro risposta è stata “ha visto la nostra struttura?se vuole c’è un motel qui vicino che con 50 euro dormite,però è un motel e con questo ho detto tutto” Complimenti,un ottima risposta da vero albergatore. Anche io ho in attività e vi posso assicurare che ci sono diversi modi per dire le cose.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti prima in una camera e poi nella suite..che dire fantastiche..grandi..pulite.. Il posto è molto bello un immenso giardino con giochi per bimbi e una piscina spettacolare!ottima accoglienza un immenso grazie a Santo e a suo genero per la cordialità. lo consiglio vivamente e poi a 2 minuti da leolandia e dal famoso villaggio operaio. Villa con tre camere ed una piscina grande. A 5 minuti da Leolandia, oltre a questo il nulla. Camere divise da una semplice porta, quindi moltissimi rumori degli altri ospiti delle camere. non ci sono zanzariere, quindi l’unico modo per sopravvivere è tenere acceso il climatizzatore creando un ambiente non molto accogliente. Bagno privato con idromassaggio, non ben funzionante. Piscina grande ma situata in un angolo angusto della casa e sicuramente da ristrutturare/rivedere. Inoltre appena arrivati abbiam trovato un cartello vendesi sul cancello, non proprio un bel biglietto da visita. Il proprietario ci ha più volte comunicato che non ha intenzione di continuare con l’attività, che infatti necessiterebbe di pesanti lavori di ristrutturazione. Costo esagerato per l’offerta, tutto fermo agli anni 70/80
