設施：酒店房間內手機完全沒有信號，Wi-Fi信號極其不穩定，且投訴多次無果。衞生間設計不合理，要麼極大要麼極小。提供的吹風機等設施也一般，不符合價格。沙發非常不舒服。餐廳早餐簡陋，中餐晚餐的米其林餐廳味道難吃且價格頗高。
衞生：衞生中規中矩，打掃衞生比較敷衍，簡單更換毛巾等，不會疊衣服。
環境：風景絕佳，位置要走路爬山差不多20分鐘才能抵達酒店，很累很熱。門口是一個公共觀景台，幾乎24小時都有遊客。酒店內過道電梯狹窄，除景觀絕佳外一無是處。
服務：送東西確實挺快的，也會幫忙預訂船等。但是Wi-Fi等硬件設施工作人員也無法處理。
總之：如果為了景觀，住一晚拍拍照即可。追求性價比就別想了，兩個晚上近5萬元，硬件設施餐廳服務都跟不上。

房間到晚上突然停電了，等了一個小時電工來説酒店的電路供應不過來，第二天跟前台説前台表示他們無能為力，一句道歉也沒有，一萬的酒店，就這樣。服務和體驗非常差，前台態度一副無所謂，給中國人的房型是最差的，花錢當大冤種。酒店的泳池6點就關了，8點後所有東西都關門了，什麼娛樂設施都沒有。
不會再來第二次。

酒店設施都很棒！美中不足以至讓我有點生氣的是，在離開酒店前往碼頭回sorrento，前台工作人員報錯港口號碼給我們，明明是21卻跟我們說是12，讓我們在離開capri的最後時刻要拔足狂奔去追船，這個失誤讓人感到失望！

迄今為止住過的單價最貴的酒店，我這款房型的視野簡直絕了，酒店本身的位置就是一個卡普里島的觀景點，我這間#35房間簡直就是最佳觀景位，酒店的米其林餐廳也擁有絕佳景觀（懸崖景）酒店的服務員本身也都很棒，一到碼頭仔細看，會有酒店的服務員舉牌接行李，他們幫忙拿走行李，給你一張車票，坐上山的小火車？基本上卡普里島上所有人都是很和善的，他們雖然開車很野，會吵架，但轉過頭對遊客還是超級好。不愧是全球首屈一指的度假勝地，如果不是交通略有折騰，真的想每年夏天來一次 ❤️

平時基本不做酒店點評，但是這家因為點評的人不多，希望我的評價會對大家選擇酒店有幫助。訂酒店時，其實有些忐忑，擔心房間太小太舊（因為介紹沒有顯示裝修時間，並且套房面積顯示衹有38平方米）事實是，相當潔凈整潔（不輸我在羅馬住的23年才開的六善）並且面積有誤！實際上，每個房間分成上下兩層（一層起居室和觀景陽台；二層卧室、衣帽間和衞生間）空間足夠大，加起來大約有六、七十平方。島上的景觀無須多贅述，酒店因為在島的盡頭處，越過喧鬧的名店街，獨享一方的寧靜，非常適合休閑度假。更值得肯定的是這家酒店的服務，行李上下山，船票購買，出行時間安排，扔給前台，全部給你妥善安排，是一次美好的住宿體驗。

Beautiful location and friendly staff. The dinner we had at Le Monzu was incredible. For some.rwason in this 1440 s.f. suite, there are no shelves in the bathroom and no hooks in the closet or near the door for jackets and bags. We had a friend send us cake and sparklin wine for our anniversary, which was incredible. The chocolate almond cake was delicious. But....housekeeping took the remaining half of the cake away the morning after. When we asked why, they said it was because of "appearences". They brought us another cake at 2pm that day (yesterday). We barely had 2 slices and that night, housekeeping removed it AGAIN! I am SO pissed off.

I loved the view, the swimming, the food and the staff. The front desk arranged an amazing boat charter for us for the day and the experience was incredible. The hotel is private, clean and elegant. We did have an issue with bees when we dined outside but it didn’t take away from the incredible pasta dish only found in Capri.
