I stayed the second week of September, I was looking for a place to spend a week relaxing and snorkeling at the sea without worrying about cooking (I'm gluten intolerant) and at Bluebay I hit the jackpot. I leave a series of photos to help you understand the variety of dishes that I had the opportunity to taste during a week's stay, in general I am satisfied with the food (sometimes the dishes were really delicious and other times less so, but I never left the dish empty). How meals work, breakfast is a buffet but coffees and gluten-free products are served at the table. In the morning you are asked to choose what to eat for lunch and dinner from a menu that changes day by day. Certainly the fact of having a reserved table and table service makes the meal experience much more relaxing than the typical rush of buffet lunches and dinners. Furthermore, being a relatively small structure there is never the risk of having excessive noise in the room. Although they offer an excellent variety of gluten-free products and alternatives, I would not recommend Bluebay to those who suffer from celiac disease as, although they are very careful, I don't think they are certified by the AIRC and can guarantee the absence of contamination in the dishes. If you are intolerant and can tolerate minimal contamination like me you will have a great time! :) Regarding the location, they told me that Capo Vaticano was beautiful but admiring in person the promontory that plunges sheer into the crystalline blue sea leaves you breathless. Not to mention the sunsets, spectacles of nature that you can enjoy from the resort divinely. The complex of villas with around 6 rooms each that make up the resort is recently built and is located at the top of the promontory in a truly privileged position from which to admire the bay. The resort is not large, there is no risk of getting lost or getting tired crossing it, but the spaces are very well designed so that you never feel observed or crowded compared to other guests. The green spaces are also adequate and well designed. The rooms have comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, if I saw well all the rooms have either a balcony or a portion of the garden. The common facilities such as the swimming pool with hydromassage and solarium area, the pool bar, the dining room and the playing fields (football and padel) are modern and well maintained. The beach is located under the promontory where the resort is located and can be reached on foot with a staircase of high steps that can be climbed in about ten minutes (I am 34 years old and I had no problem doing it several times a day), or via a shuttle that takes you from the resort entrance to about a 5-minute walk from the resort beach. The beach is of coarse sand but I recommend bringing rock shoes. The sea water was truly wonderful and a joy for those like me who love snorkeling. Last honorable mentions for Carmen's impeccable welcome at the reception
