Ants in the bedroom, mold in the bathroom, no cutlery/plates in the kitchen. Had to ask for safety deposit box. Pool was disgusting and full of dirt and leaves. Had to wear a swim hat in pool and there was no mention off this on website so had to buy one there. Pool was shut between 1 and 3 again no mention off this on the website.

Stayed in the hotel groups of22 in february,friendly,helpful manager&staff except 1 extremely rude&unfriendly guy in reception,manager knows,group leader knows,if they dont get rid of him hotel is in trouble,we liked the hotel breakfast reasonable,rooms were clean,thank you.

A large group of us stayed at Wave during a 3-night tour. We used the Wave hotel as our base. The reception staff were organised and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh. The balcony had clear views of Mount Etna where at night, a slight lava flow from the volcano can be seen. Good Breakfast was served by welcoming and friendly staff and was of good variety and quality. A short walk down to the bay and there are delightful restaurants/cafes and bars. Perfect coffee is available at most places. The hotel is peaceful and well-organised in a good old-fashioned way. Recommended indeed, especially for a base tour hotel. Thank you.

We came with the group,they all had sea view rooms,requested to change,reception was un friendly,rude,otel was smelly,we didnt like at all,if you have a chance stay elsewhere after being a long journey they didnt make you welcome not happy.

Improponibile! Ma come si possono dire 4 * ad un hotel che forse ne merita 2 ?! Struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una radicale ristrutturazione nelle parti comuni- facciata, balconi- ed una radicale pulizia nelle parti interne! Stanze piccole, moderne ed assolutamente essenziali. Per la prima volta in Italia ho trovato un albergo senza bidet !

Abbiamo soggiornato x una notte in questo Hotel,mi aspettavo di più. Anni fa quando si chiamava Art Hotel Capomulini era più pulito!!"Sjamo tornati dopo qualche anno e sono rimasta delusa,le camere sono piccole ma non mi era mai capitato di trovare un bagno senza Bidet assurdo proprio!! Insetti sui muri,letti senza copriletti maaa!! Poi x quanto riguarda la piscina sempre bella grande e pulita,colazione buona e abbondante staff gentile...Un consiglio l'hotel è da Ristrutturare non da 4 stelle!!!Nota positiva posizione strategica vicino ai vari locali dove si mangia del pesce freschissimo.
