This was a big family trip to celebrate my mom's birthday. Capitol is a location for adventures and relaxation. Location, food, staffs all 5 stars! It's a must go! The restaurant has live music and the food is delicious and quite a lot.

Hotel muito confortável, com vista incrível do lago, colaboradores muito atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã com boa variedade de opções de frutas, pães, doces, sucos, pratos quentes típicos. O restaurante oferece comida caseira mineira de excelente qualidade e bastante farta. As acomodações são amplas, arejadas e limpas. Todos os quartos têm vista para o lago. O bar da piscina oferece boas opções de drinks e petiscos. O hotel conta com uma piscina aquecida bem agradável, e também oferece hidromassagem e sauna. A localização do hotel é bem conveniente para locomoção às principais cachoeiras de Capitólio.

O atendimento prestado foi extremamente insatisfatório. Desde a recepção até o momento do check-out, a equipe demonstrou falta de cordialidade e profissionalismo. Comparecemos em um grupo de 35 pessoas para celebrar um aniversário, porém, a experiência foi marcada por um serviço abaixo das expectativas. Infelizmente, não recomendamos o estabelecimento.

Um lugar lindo e aconchegante!! próximo aos pontos turísticos e o centro. todos bem receptivos, o quarto é extremamente confortável, vista incrível. o café da manhã é delicioso, com bastante variedade. a área de lazer é maravilhosa. o hotel superou as minhas expectativas!! nada a reclamar. Bom fomos meis passado para conhecer capitólio e a beleza de minas e precisamos de um lugar para passar escolhemos o Riviera capitólio e fomos surpreendido com o hotel, serviço de quartos perfeito atendimento da recepção ótimos todos garçom maravilhosos queria agradecer o garçom baixinho Luis e o Emerson por atender nos uns ótimo garçom, a mossa da recepção sempre atenta com tudo, de reclamar e só o café da manhã garçom preocupado mas com celular doque com nós mas por resto muinto bom.

Voltamos da pousada com uma virose ! Jantamos a noite um parmegiana , que por sinal estava horrível !!! Ao acordarmos , já recebemos q não estávamos bem ! Muitos vômitos , tivemos q vir embora e fomos parar no hospital para tomar soro , acho q isso não Pode acontecer , em um hotel q recebe pessoas !!!
