In the raffle it was so terrible, disrespecting society, that they said the names of the winners without reading and on a table there were two prizes... total treachery, treating others with rubbish and the icing on the cake, not only that they gave special desserts At that table, not even the one who gave the prizes started drinking whiskey at that table from the same glass. When I left I complained, I left early because they didn't provide a solution to the pool, they didn't change the lamps, there were no towels, so nice that they later denied having written via email that you could pay in three installments for dinner along with the stays, no one showed her face, the lady at the reception apologized to me but charged me in cash.
