Such a lovely little motel, our unit was conpact, cleverly designed, clean and tidy, and a delight to experience. Everything for comfort was supplied, and the innerspring bed was at least as good as our own. Opening the rear large glass door led us into a delightful enclosed garden, full of flowering shrubs and trees, with undercover barbeque facilities, plenty of rustic seating, and despite the motel being situated on a main road, and due to it's clever layout, NO roadnoise penetrated this peaceful area. There are just 10 units, all of similar layout and we urge folk who are travelling the area to seriously consider this happy little place

Despite being clean and having a comfortable double bed, the room was disappointing. The door from outside had gaps around the frame which were open to the outside and let in bugs and the cold. We moved the single bed away from near the door to avoid the breeze. The sliding door into the bathroom was only attached at the top of the door so swung away from the frame at the bottom (not very safe) and when closed, there was an inch gap between the door and the frame = no privacy. The fan from the water tank outside the bathroom was extremely loud. Someone had obviously stored salami in the fridge and the whole room smelled of it. The photos on the website made it look so much more appealing.
