I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for two weeks. It was lovely and had everything you needed for a longer stay. The photos you see online are the same as the room itself. It was nice to have a balcony and let some fresh air in. The people at reception always had smiles on their faces, and so did the security staff at the front of the hotel. It is so nice to be greeted with a lovely hello and big smile from the staff each day. I used the hotel gym nearly every morning. It was small, but it served the purpose I wanted. As the apartment rooms are pretty big, I could also do a workout in my room. The breakfast was nice each day, and the service was amazing. I only drink herbal tea, and most places I go overseas do not have the tea I drink, so I bring my own. Each day, Goge knew I had my tea bag and would come and grab it from me every morning to make me a pot of tea, which was so sweet and lovely. My only suggestion is to have instructions on how to use the washing machine/dryer in each room as they are not all the same. Reception had instructions but I had a different model, so it was not applicable. I couldn’t quite figure out the dryer, so the lovely Dylan came and showed me how to use it to me and my colleague. As I was going to be at a conference all day, he came and removed my clothes from the dryer and folded them so they would not sit in the dyer all day, which was lovely of him. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Booking through Ctrip is very convenient, and there is still a period of time to unsubscribe. The location is in the core area of Cape Town, less than 20 minutes from Cape Town Airport, and it costs about 300 rand. The room type is an apartment. In addition to no washing machine, dishwasher, other living appliances are available, double-door refrigerator, microwave oven, four-eye induction cooker, sink, kitchenware, tableware can meet 6/8 people. The bathroom is very clean, separated from dry and wet, with a large space, white bath towels, two of each size. Big bed room, another comfortable couch, TV is satellite TV, and cctv4. If convenient, you can bring your own slippers, dental kits and a little shampoo, the hotel also provides. There is a travel company in the lobby, you can rent a car and tour guides to the surrounding attractions, you will spend some money, go out, especially in Africa safety is the first consideration. There are pick n pay chain supermarkets, CTICC convention and exhibition center, railway station, cathedral, and the bus stop nearby is also very convenient for travel

The hotel has a convenient location in the center of Cape Town. The rooms are comfortable enough for one or a young couple. If you plan to walk around the center - it's quite easy. I got to the Waterfront by walking in 20 minutes along busy streets and did not feel any danger anywhere. Small shops and supermarkets around the hotel allow you to cover all your everyday needs. The breakfast is quite meager, but literally around the corner on the next street you can find good cafes where you can have a great breakfast for a reasonable price and a supermarket where you can buy ready-made food. Immediately to the right of the exit from the hotel is the entrance to a beautiful park, from where wonderful views of the mountains open. The staff is responsive and helps to solve all problems. The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioning systems coming from the yard at night.
